The Terminix workers did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning out the crawl space as well as removing some other junk in the basement. Whoever built the house in 1964 used the crawl space to dispose of a lot of unused building material including lumber, tiles, insulation, shingles, etc. The terminix workers even vacuumed out the crawl space to completely remove all of the smaller trash. After cleaning out the crawl space they found some previously undetected holes that would potentially allow rodents to get inside. Those holes were all sealed with some kind of spray material. I was shown how rodents could crawl through the top of the cinder blocks to get from the crawl space into the basement. That is the only way in since there is a small door that seals off the crawl space. I was told how I could seal off the cinder block openings, which I have done. Overall I am extremely happy with the job done by Michael Galary and the other Terminix workers. They certainly did a much more thorough job than a typical "dump run" would have done. I feel the cost was fair and worth every cent.

David, the service technician that has taken care of my home for the five years I have been with Terminix, is simply the most professional, friendly person I have ever had do work at my home. He ALWAYS calls to tell me when he will be here and what work he intends to do. He then ALWAYS follows up with a call to let me know exactly what work was done along with anything else he observed. He will make suggestions as tp things I can do, such as trimming branches or vegetation close the my home, that would be helpful in keeping pests away. I also trust him completely, if I were not at home I would not hesitate to leave him a key so he do any work inside and feel totally comfortable with that. Not many people I could say that about. Can I give him a rating of 11 (on a scale of 1 to 10)? Ok then, i just did! Thank you David
