I seldom recommend anything to friends, family, or neighbours, however, my neighbor did ask who and what I used for pest control and who and what they were spraying for this past week. I told her Terminix for both and so far I was happy. This is my first experience with Terminix and it has only been a few months. My ant situation is under control in the house. The mosquito situation is definitely improved and with this last spraying I think it will be gone. Both technician are great! I can't talk about "Good Value" since I have only used Terminix for these issues.
