The American Mosquito Control Association has declared June 26 to July 2 National Mosquito Control Awareness Week. During Mosquito Week, the AMCA — of which our own Dr. Stan Cope is the president — wants to “educate the general public about the significance of mosquitoes in their daily lives and the important service provided by mosquito control workers throughout the U.S. and worldwide.”
